These General Terms and Conditions apply to www.Inflammationlab.com operated by Inflammation Lab AB (Swedish VAT number 559047-7948), hereinafter referred to as “Inflammation Lab” or “we / us”. All prices are in GBP including statutory VAT. The price applicable is the price stated the day the customer makes his order. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

When selling to consumers, Inflammation Lab applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable legislation. To shop with us, you must be over 18 years old or have your parent’s approval to order. Inflammation Lab is not responsible for ensuring this. Instead purchases made by customers under the age of 18, are the responsibility of the legal guardian of the child.
You are always responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in connection with your order. All product images are to be seen as illustrations. Inflammation Lab cannot guarantee that product appearance is exactly the same as the images on the website.
Subscription and purchase’s safety of your order
Inflammation Lab sells dietary supplements directly to your home as a single purchase or per subscription. The subscriptions are individually customized and have no binding time or cancellation period. You can pause, customize or unsubscribe at any time. Send an e-mail to our support: firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not forget to enter your customer number, name and address when you are calling or writing to us.
To terminate your subscription, you must notify Inflammation Lab’s customer support at least 14 days before the next scheduled shipment. In case of late cancellation, you automatically accept to receive the next scheduled delivery before the subscription expires. Inflammation Lab reserves the right to suspend delivery of products and terminate the service in case of default of payment or where the buyer can no longer be considered credit worthy.
If you fail to cancel your subscription on time and you not accept delivery of your goods despite contact attempts from Inflammation Lab and/or our dispatch partner, your goods will be returned and a fee of £15 and the postage fee that the dispatch partner applies at that time.
Changes in Terms
Inflammation Lab has the right to unilaterally change the subscription terms. The agreement is binding on both parties when the order is received by Inflammation Lab. When orders are received, we will send you an order confirmation by email, showing ordered product (s), price and delivery time. You must check the order confirmation and immediately notify us if the order confirmation does not match your desired order. Attached order confirmation complies with these terms, return form and a return information form.
The terms may change for special needs and/or government changes or restrictions. The agreement means you accept the revised agreement terms. New terms will be announced on www.inflammationlab.com and / or in connection with your next delivery.
Product content, use and effect
Inflammation Lab disclaims all responsibility for the negligent use of the product. The product is declared as a dietary supplement in accordance with Swedish law, with all relevant rules for the labeling and use of dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are not a substitute of a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should be kept in a dark and dry place and not above room temperature. Nutritional supplements should be kept out of reach of children. Read and follow the usage recommendations and dosing instructions for each product carefully before use.
Inflammation Lab can change the product (ingredients, composition, brochures and packaging) without notice and without informing the customer separately about this, as long as the product’s new content have similar effects as the original product. In case of product changes that affect allergy to shellfish, milk/lactose, gluten, eggs and nuts, Inflammation Lab AB is responsible of informing the customers in writing.
Inflammation Lab is affiliated with Klarna Checkout, which offers different payment options after confirming your purchase at checkout. The offered payment options are tailored to you. Invoice is optional, but you can, of course, change the payment method in step 2 to something that suits you, such as card payment or bank payment. All payment options are 100% secure and the information you provide is not shared to third parties.
Via Klarna Payment, payment time is 14 days, but you can also choose the Ready Account option which is a payment method to select how much you want to pay each month. However, in order to choose Klarna Payment as payment method, certain requirements must be met. You must be over 18 years without payment remarks and your address must be the same as the one you are registered with. You may also not have unpaid claims from Klarna. When you complete the purchase and you have chosen this payment option, you agree to a simplified credit test of Klarna, which will then verify that you meet the requirements. The invoice will be sent by email while sending out the order. If the payment is delayed, Klarna sends out a reminder and charges a reminder fee. Order of Inflammation Lab’s products is made via www.inflammationlab.com. For an order to be binding, the order must be confirmed by Inflammation Lab by email before delivery. This means, among other things, that if the product range has expired or for any other reason the product is not available with reasonable efforts, Inflammation Lab is not required to provide such product even though the customer ordered according to above mention.
Responsibility for using dietary supplements
Dietary supplements are not sold in order to have a medical effect, to heal injuries and diseases, or to replace drugs or a normal healthy diet. If you are uncertain, consult your doctor before using our products.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mis-priced. In this event, we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 10 business days depending on the means of delivery and if the products are available on Inflammation Lab’s stock. All deliveries are made after notification. Upon delivery of the products, the customer must always provide proof of identity.
Inflammation Lab is responsible for the risk of transport to the customer. That is to say, the risk of a product being damaged or missing during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible of any return to Inflammation Lab. Customer is responsible for notifying any transport damage to Inflammation Lab’s customer support within a reasonable time period.
Inflammation Lab encourages the customer to report the damage as quickly as possible, for smooth handling of the case. The customer is responsible for inspecting the condition of the products immediately after receiving them. In case of a transport injury, the customer should contact Inflammation Lab’s customer support at: email@example.com.
In case of transport damage, the customer may not use the product and the customer must keep the packaging of the product so that the entire package and product can be inspected.
If a delivery delay occurs, the customer is notified by email or phone call from Inflammation Lab. The customer is always entitled to cancel the purchase on long term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchases must be made in writing form by e-mail to Inflammation Lab’s customer support. There may be times when it is not possible to complete an order, for example, if Inflammation Lab’s vendor cannot fulfill its commitment to Inflammation Lab. Inflammation Lab therefore reserves the right to waive all claims for compensation from the customer for delivery delays.
Inflammation Lab always offers 14 days as a return policy. The right of returning an order applies only if the product and the original packaging are in unaltered condition. The customer is legally entitled to handle the goods insofar as it is required to ensure its characteristics and function. In the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Inflammation Lab is entitled to deduct corresponding to the depreciation due to the customer’s handling of the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The return period begins from the date the customer has received the product. In order to exercise the return policy, the customer shall notify Inflammation Lab according to our return policy. The customer shall pay the return freight. The goods should be returned in their original packaging, as well as in the original condition, and a copy of the delivery note or invoice shall be attached where the customer will indicate which goods are returned.
Cancellation forms can also be downloaded here. If goods that are not covered by the return policy are returned to Inflammation Lab and the customer wants to have the product re-dispatched, the customer will be charged £ 9 for this. If the customer does not respond to a new mail within 30 days, the right to the product is discarded. Returns may not be made by post or demand. If the goods have not arrived at Inflammation Lab 14 days after the customer has received the goods, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase. If you choose to return one or more products at promotional purchases where a product has followed the purchase, the free product must also be returned unopened. If you choose to keep the free product, we will charge for the product’s value.
Complaints and service matters
In case of complaints, service and warranty matters, the customer should contact Inflammation Lab customer support by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaints must be made within a reasonable period of time from the time that damage or fault is detected. If the outer packaging is damaged, complaints must be made when the package is collected. If approved, Inflammation Lab is responsible for shipping and return shipping. If the complaint is not accepted, the customer will be charged £ 9 for return shipping. Your statutory rights expire 3 years after the customer has received the goods or after the expiration date has passed.
For your first purchase of any of our products that have a taste guarantee, you will receive a small sachet containing the product that you orderd. If you like the taste, you can open the package and enjoy the product and its benefits. If you do not like the taste, you can use the return slip contained in the shipment to return the unopened package. If the product’s packaging is broken, the taste guarantee does not apply. We will not send a sachet for you to taste, when repurchasing products with a taste guarantee, you automatically accept the flavor. If you suspect your product has a production error, you can always contact our customer support by email, letter or phone.
Inflammation Lab will refund the purchase price, less any possible deductions for depreciation as described above. It will be made within 14 days after Inflammation Lab received your returned slip, but not until the goods have been received to our stock or the customer has shown that the goods are returned to the Inflammation Lab. Repayment is done with the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In case of fraud
We reserve the right to suspend your order in case of suspected fraud or intent to commit a crime without giving you notice. Suspicion of a fraud by Inflammation Lab will be reported to the police.
Upon registration of the completed order, the customer has read and accepted the above terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The customer is responsible for updating himself on current terms.
In case of disputes
We recommend that you turn to the Financial Ombudsman Service, if any disputes arise that we cannot resolve between the parties. We always follow FOS recommendations. You can also use the complaint website available on the EU Commission website.
